When do you start working on my logo project?

After you have selected a logo package from our choices availabe and when your initial payment has been received.

How long does it take before I can see my samples?

Your samples will be presented to you normally with 3 business days after we receive your payment, according to the package you choose.

Do you have rush services?

Yes, you may select from our logo design packages and indicate how fast you  need your new logo. There will be an additional charge depending on the time frame you are requring to receive your new logo.

How can I see my logo design samples?

After we have completed your design/designs we will upload them in our project maganement software for you and provide you a link so that you can view the samples.

How many changes may I ask for my logo design?

Unlimited changes can be applied to your chosen logo design, until you are 100% satisfied.

What if I have my own idea for the logo design?

You can indicate your ideas on our logo questionnaire which is presented to you have you have purchased a logo pacage.

Can you redo my existing logo design?

Yes. Please provide us with the latest version of your logo design, and mention it in your logo questionnaire.

Do you make logo designs for products, titles, or names?

Yes, we create any type of branding and Identity. No matter how big or small the logo concept is we are here to help you create your vision into a reality.

Who keeps the rights of the created logo design?

All the rights of the Artwork and Logos we create for our customers belong to our customers.

What if I do not like the logo design?

If you do not like the design which we have created for you, we will discuss further with a view to ascertaining what type of design you would like to see and then place another "suggested design" in your online project management software for you to view. We would not like to think that you are not happy with the final design. Our aim is to design for you a design specific to your requirements until you are completely happy with your new logo.
