When do you start working on my graphic design project? We will start working on your project as soon as we receive your request and payment.? |

How long does it take before I can see my samples? Your samples will be presented to you normally within 3 business days after we receive your payment, according to the package you choose. |

Do you have rush services? Yes, you may select from our graphic design package and indicate how fast you need your new design. There will be an additional charge depending on the time frame you are requring to receive your new graphic design. |

How can I see my graphic design samples? After we have completed your design/designs we will upload them in our project maganement software for you and provide you a link so that you can view the samples. |

How many changes may I ask for my graphic design? Unlimited changes can be applied to your chosen graphic design, until you are 100% satisfied. |

What kind of graphic design services do you provide? Our graphic design services are varied and comprehensive. We provide logo design, brochure design, illustrations, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, marketing, stationery – including business card, letterhead, envelope, mailing label, and presentation folder design, and any other printing your business may require. |

What is the client's involvement in the design process? We encourage the client to send in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have when completing our graphic design questionnaire. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats. |

How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process? The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our project management tool approval process. We present the project to the client at certain stages, or milestones, and wait for approval before we continue work. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. |

Who owns the rights of the created graphic design? All the rights of the Artwork and Logos we create for our customers belong to our customers. |

What if I do not like the graphic design? If you do not like the graphic design which we have created for you, we will discuss further with a view to ascertaining what type of design you would like to see and then place another "suggested design" in your online project management software for you to view. We would not like to think that you are not happy with the final design. Our aim is to design for you a design specific to your requirements until you are completely happy with your project. |
